Shipping Methods:
Best Way (Your order will ship either by UPS Ground or USPS Mail and is the
least expensive method of shipping).  1 to 6 Days delivery depending on location. Best Way
starts at $3.50.   YES -
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.  Just use Best Way as
the shipping method, and leave the rest to us!  Your order will get delivered asap!

UPS 3 Day Select (USA Lower 48 states only) 3 business days after shipping

UPS 2 Day Air  2 business days after shipping (USA, HI & PR)

UPS Next Day Air Saver (by end-of-day next day - excluding Puerto Rico)

UPS Next Day Air (by 10:30AM next day) for USA Domestic orders.

UPS Standard to Canada (Canadian orders only for UPS) (hint: try International Shipping for
your order first, it may be less expensive to ship than UPS to Canada option.)

International Shipping 6-10 Days. (US Priority Mail International). Any Country outside of
USA. There may be additional time needed to clear Customs. For international shipments, any
applicable Tax or Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.


Shipping Charges:
The shipping charges are visible to you prior to completing your order.  Once you have added
items to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process, simply enter your City, State, and
Zip Code, click the "Apply To Order" button under the Shipping Options, and the
shipping
charges will be calculated and displayed on the  check-out page.  You have the
opportunity to go back and change the shipping method if you wish before any credit
card information is entered.


Note: For International Shipments that are returned or delivery refused, the shipping
charges will NOT be refunded, only the cost of the items.

We will provide you with an email upon receipt of an order and an email upon shipment of the
order along with a UPS tracking number.  Once an order leaves our facility, we do not have
control of the delivery schedule.  Please allow additional shipping time for bad weather or
holidays.
Returns / Cancellations:
If you want to cancel an order, please call or email us immediately.  We CANNOT cancel an
order once it has been shipped.

We want you to be as satisfied with your purchase as possible.  We will replace any damaged
or missing items promptly, or credit your account accordingly.  Simply call or email us within 5
days after the item has been delivered.  We will
not charge a re-shipping fee for damaged or
missing items.



No Hassle Return Policy:  We really mean it!  If you are unhappy with
any items simply let us know and return them for a full refund.  Your hassle-free web
experience and
100% satisfaction is our goal.  If it's our fault;  wrong item shipped or
defective item, either
you keep it for free or we pay the return shipping.  We'll send out
replacements right away. If you are interested in returning a gift, call or email us within 5 days
after the item has been delivered and we will supply you with return instructions.  Items
returned must be in good condition and in the original cartons.  We will credit your charge card
used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the gift, tax (if applicable), and
shipping charges to you, once it has been received at our facility. For your own protection, you
may wish to send your return back to us by a reputable insured carrier. We are not liable for
damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that are not received.

Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.

Replacement items are subject to availability.

We
do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Many of our products we offer on our site have discounted quantity pricing.  If you are
planning an event, we may be able to offer quantity discounts on large quantities or on
items not already discounted.  Let us know the details of your requirements and due

For many of our regions, we can offer items from manufacturers that we
do not have
pictured on our web site.  If you don't see what you are looking for, simply email us with
your requirements... we'll try our best to locate it for you.

Don't forget to leave ample time for the project as we deal with many suppliers with
various lead times.

Items can be shipped to the event destination.  
Payment Options:
GreatPlacesToYou accepts PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and

.  Your credit card is not charged until the order is shipped.  Note: If the
name on your billing address does not match the name on your credit card it may delay

Sales tax:
We are required to collect 7% sale tax for items shipped to New Jersey.  Items
ordered from a NJ address and shipped outside New Jersey are not subject to NJ
Sales tax.
